Delivery times
All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days after purchase.
A receipt will be sent to you by email.
After preparing the order, delivery is between 5-7 business days.

Exchange and return policy
You can return items only up to 14 days from the moment of receiving the product,
provided that it has not been used in any way.

You can return items bought in the SALE category / bought at a discount or in any other sale
up to 14 days only from the moment of receipt.

It will not be possible to return items / money credit / exchange items on jewelry that was made to order.

SALE promotions on the entire site that will be published from time to time do not include
doubling promotions or a new collection unless otherwise published in all mailing options.

How to return an item:
For returns please email contact@maisonmunaye.com to schedule a return shipment.

Return will be made next to the invoice and provided that the jewelry is in its original packaging,
in good condition and that it has not been used in any way.

If the customer ordered an item by mistake, and the shipment went out to the customer –
the customer will bear the shipping costs.

The jewelry must be returned in the original MAISON MUNAYE packaging, well wrapped.

It can be returned by courier to the house at a cost of NIS 35 (with a tracking number)
in order not to damage the jewelry during shipping. If the item is sent differently from the above instructions,
we will not be responsible for any item that is lost or damaged.

When returning/exchanging, you must attach in the note:

• full name
• Order number (appears in the email received after purchase)
• The name of the item you want to exchange and its size.

The shipping cost when returning / exchanging will apply to the customer only.
If a package sent by us is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for
paying for return shipping.

Crediting and canceling a transaction:
A transaction can be canceled up to 14 days after receiving the package.
The payment refund will be made according to the payment method in which the transaction was made,
after deducting 5% of the value of the transaction (not including shipping fees)
or deducting an amount of NIS 100 – whichever is the cheapest.
The refund will be given only after the items have arrived at MAISON MUNAYE
and this after a comprehensive check that the items have not been used in any way.

Items will be returned on the condition that the jewelry has not been used at all and after a comprehensive inspection
on behalf of the MAISON MUNAYE headquarters, a credit will be given for redemption on the website
in the value of the returned items.

No refund will be given for shipping, due to the fact that this is an external service that was used.

You paid now and guaranteed yourself these favorite products that will be shipped to you within 30 business days.
Although you may need some patience, you can be sure that it will be yours!

As usual first come, first serve, make sure you’re first!

MAISON MUNAYE may cancel an order by terminating the pre-order at any time for any or no reason.
In the event that your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. have fun

Responsibility

• All jewelry is produced and designed by hand and made of the highest quality and most durable materials.
• The jewelry is durable in the shower, but you cannot enter the sea or the pool with them.
• Avoid contact with salts, oils, perfume, care products, chlorine, cleaning agents or other chemicals
  that can blacken the jewelry and damage it irreparably.
• The jewelry should be stored in a dry and shady place and not in the bathroom,
  so that they are not exposed to continuous moisture.

We provide a warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The responsibility is personal and non-transferable.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

• Color fading or color changing.
• Fracture, tear or damage to the jewelry, due to unreasonable use or non-compliance with the conditions of use.
• Loss or theft of the jewelry or parts of it.

If a piece of jewelry is damaged during the warranty period despite the usage recommendations,
you can contact us to repair the item with an order number only.

It is important to note that each case of damaged jewelry will be examined on its merits and
MAISON MUNAYE headquarters will decide how the case will be handled.

The return of the defective item will be carried out by a courier to the home for a fee of NIS 35.

In the event that the customer received a defective product, we must be contacted immediately
and the case will be handled as a top priority.

Item repair will take 30 business days.

International
Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code. Shipping from Israel usually take 2-3 weeks,
Due to loads on the country’s shipping companies, there may be delays in the delivery times.

DHL express shipping – 150 NIS

Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation.

Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.
Any additional taxes, fees, or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. *
