Each Ready to Wear piece is made to order.
Delivery timelines reflect our production schedule, including a short atelier break in February.

Jewelry
All jewelry orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Once prepared, Israel delivery takes 5–7 business days.
International – delivery takes 10–15 business days.
A confirmation receipt will be sent by email after purchase.
SHIPPING RATES
Israel –Shipping fee: 35 NIS
International Shipping
Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking number.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks.
Due to local carrier workloads, delays may occur.
Shipping Fees:
Europe: 180 NIS
United States, Australia, Asia: 250 NIS
Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All Ready to Wear garments from the current collection are produced especially for each customer on a pre-order basis.
In accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations, returns and refunds are accepted, subject to the conditions below:
• Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
Jewelry – Israel Only
Jewelry items may be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order,
provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns and exchanges are not available for international jewelry orders.
Defective Items
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund,
in accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations.
Customers must contact us immediately upon receiving a defective item.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (ISRAEL)
To request a return, please contact:

Please include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Item name
Returned items must be sent in the original MAISON MUNAYÉ packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
Returns may be collected by courier to your address for a fee of 35 NIS (tracked).
If items are returned using alternative shipping methods, MAISON MUNAYÉ is not responsible for loss or damage.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from receiving the item.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method,
after deducting 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), excluding shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
JEWELRY CARE & WARRANTY
All jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality materials.
Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, salts, chlorine, or cleaning agents.
Store jewelry in a dry, shaded place, away from moisture.
A 6-month warranty is provided from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
• Natural color changes
• Damage caused by improper use
• Loss or theft
Repair requests must include an order number.
Each case will be reviewed individually by MAISON MUNAYÉ.
Repairs may take up to 30 business days.
Return of defective items will be collected by courier for a fee of 35 NIS.
